Cisco Desk Phones and Voicemail Service

Cisco VoIP Phones

The old Seimens telephone system has been replaced by a new Cisco telephone system. New handsets have been rolled out across the University. Any new phone line requests are put onto the new system.

The old voicemail system has also been replaced. The new system interacts with our Microsoft e-mail system so users get their missed calls notifications and voicemail messages sent to their e-mail box enabling them to listen to the message on a computer even when not at their desk or onsite.

Default Login Details for Phones and Voicemail

Phones

  • User – Your 6 digit phone number (e.g 658181)
  • PIN – 12345

Voicemail

Uesr – Your 6 digit phone number (e.g 658181)

PIN – You will get this by e-mail when the voicemail account is first setup.

If you can’t find the pin then please follow the instructions to reset your PIN Reset Your Voicemail PIN number
